All delivery charges are calculated automatically and will be displayed to you at the checkout when you select your address 'country' location before you are asked for payment.

*UK Mainland excludes Isle of Wight, Argyll & Bute, Scottish Highlands and UK Islands. 

Although we can deliver most products to the Channel Islands, we are unable to offer delivery/shipping on Large and Oversized products.

You may wish to collect your order in person or arrange a courier to collect. Once you have placed your order please email or phone in advance to allow us time to get your order ready for you. Please visit our Contact Us page for our address and map location.

Once we have received your order and payment we will despatch your order within 1-2 working days, 1 working day for December pre Xmas delivery (4 working days between the Xmas and New Year holidays). Please allow 3-4 working days for delivery of your order (5-7 working days for some larger parcels where a courier service may be used) subject to availability. If unfortunately an item is out of stock, we will notify you of a delay and will dispatch it as soon as it arrives. Alternatively you may wish to have a refund. 

Please note that Royal Mail standard post can take up to a maximum of 15 working days to arrive. Royal Mail only class parcels as missing after 15 working days from the date they were sent. 

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AND REFUND ANY ORDER - THIS MAY APPLY TO LARGE AND OVERSIZED ITEMS WITH A DELIVERY ADDRESS THAT IS CLASSED AS UK NON-MAINLAND. See above and postcodes below.
