Ordered this set for my new home and it arrived last week - everyone who has seen it has complimented me on it - the set is absolutely gorgeous! Although the desccription doesn't say, I can verify that they are safe in the dishwasher, as I have put them in several times and they have come out fine. Highly recommended and excellent value for money
