We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and Delta (however, not American Express). All credit/debit card details go through the secure SAGE PAY site. You can also pay by PayPal if you wish. Any charges will appear on your credit/debit card statement as ‘Bliss and Bloom Ltd’.
If you would like to pay by cheque you can place an order as normal and select cheque during the checkout process. Upon placing the order, you should send a cheque as directed. United Kingdom cheques only please. Allow 5 working days for your cheque to clear. Once payment has cleared, your order will be processed and your goods dispatched.

Once we have received your order and payment we will despatch your order within 2 working days (4 working days over the Xmas and New Year holidays). Then please allow 3-4 working days for the delivery of your order (5-7 working days for some larger parcels where a courier service may be used) subject to availability. If unfortunately an item is out of stock, we will notify you of a delay and will dispatch it as soon as it arrives. Alternatively you may wish to have a refund.
*All prices quoted for carriage in the shopping basket are for UK Mainland only (includes Isle of Wight) - (excludes Argyll & Bute, Scottish Highlands & Islands).
For Argyll & Bute, Scottish Highlands & Islands and most UK Non Mainland destinations (does not include the Channel Islands) the carriage prices are shown below in Postage & Packaging.
All delivery charges are calculated automatically on weight and will be displayed to you at the checkout before you are asked for payment.
Please note although we can deliver/ship some items, we are unable to offer delivery/shipping on every one of our products to the Channel Islands and overseas destinations and therefore these destinations are not listed in the address 'country' selection box when at the checkout.
However, you are welcome to email us a list of the product codes and quantities required and we will advise you of the postage cost to your country destination.
Please note that Royal Mail postage can take up to a maximum of 15 working days to arrive once despatched. Royal Mail only class parcels as missing after 15 working days from the date they were sent.

If you wish to give someone a gift from our site, but are unsure what they would like, why not purchase a gift voucher. These can be purchased in denominations of £5, £10 and £25. Once you have ordered the gift voucher, you have the option of having it emailed to yourself or a friend (including a message). To do this: Add Gift Vouchers to the Shopping Basket. At Checkout you can opt to provide an email address to send the Gift Vouchers to (sent immediately once you complete the payment/order is accepted), otherwise they will be sent to your email address for you to use or distribute as you wish. The latter is the best option if you wish to give the Gift Vouchers on a specific date.
For the personal touch Gift Vouchers can be printed by yourself (a smaller size print option appears clearer on paper) and given as a gift. Therefore it can be used as a traditional voucher if you prefer. Each certificate has a unique code, which is entered at the checkout when purchasing your items. Or it can be posted back to us if placing your order by phone or by post. Valid for 12 months only from the date of issue.
All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. If your order is being dispatched to a destination outside of the European Community (EC) then any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges.

ALL ITEMS DESCRIBED AND SOLD ON BLISS AND BLOOM'S WEBSITE ARE FOR DOMESTIC USE. NONE OF THE ITEMS ARE RECOMMENDED FOR COMMERCIAL USE.
Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications are correct at the time of publication. All sizes are approximate. Some of our items are hand made so there may be slight variations. Product/fabric colour and shade may vary from one manufacturing batch to another, which will be more apparent if orders are placed at different times. These are not defects.
Care has been taken to ensure that the colours on the website correspond as close as possible to the original item. We cannot be held responsible for any colour variations caused by different computer systems. All prices and descriptions supersede any previous publications. Whilst we make every effort to ensure the information on this website is correct, Bliss and Bloom cannot accept responsibility for any errors made.
Customer Support & Service
Our No.1 priority is our customer service to you. If for any reason you have a problem, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it for you.
Our normal office hours are 10am - 5pm Monday - Friday. An answerphone operates when we are unable to get to the phone or if we are out of the office and also outside of opening hours, so please leave a message and we will contact you as soon as we can. Alternatively you can email us anytime via the Contact Us link.
You may cancel your order for any reason. Please email/call us as soon as possible if this is your wish. You have 7 working days (starting after the day of delivery) to cancel your order. Please return the goods to us if you wish to cancel your order. Refunds can take up to 30 days. This does not apply to 'personalised' special orders. *See Returns & Exchanges below.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchases. So please check all items immediately upon receipt.
If an item arrives damaged or is faulty or you have received the wrong item please inform us as soon as possible via email or phone, within 7 working days of receipt. We will then be able to advise you of the best way to return the goods. We will either refund you in full or we will try to replace the goods for you. The sooner we receive the goods back, the sooner we can process the refund/exchange for you.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, or you have simply changed your mind and would like to return it, please contact us as soon as possible via email or phone, stating that you wish to return an item. For a full refund of the item and original postage please return the goods within 7 working days (starting after the day of delivery).
We would ask that you please re-wrap any returns with the same level of care and attention as they were received, to ensure their safe arrival back to us. So please keep all packaging/wrapping of any item to return, including the original outer postage box. Otherwise you will have to supply the outer postage box at your own cost.
You are required to return the item and pay for the return postage. Return postage cannot be refunded. When returning goods we recommend using registered post as we cannot be held responsible for goods that do not reach us.
We allow up to 14 days for returns. If your returned item arrives to us within 7-14 days after you received your order, we will refund the item price only. Refunds can take up to 30 days.
*Please note we do not accept returns or exchange items for 'personalised' special orders that you have personally requested and orders for an item of a cut length such as fabric and ribbon.

Promotions & Corporate Discounts
Where a promotion discount has been given, you need to enter the code that appears in the advertisement or email in to the promotions box at the checkout and you must click 'Apply Promo Code'.
This code will be valid for the period of time stated on the advertisement or email, and will give the customer the advertised price or percentage off their goods (excludes Gift Vouchers). All promotional discount codes can be used against orders for delivery only and exclude orders for collection.
